Tiffany (T.) Narciso is a lecturer in the American Sign Language (ASL) Program in the Program in Linguistics. She earned an M.A. in Sign Language Education and is dedicated to advancing ASL teaching and learning.
With over a decade of teaching experience, T. Narciso worked with deaf/hard of hearing children in elementary and middle schools, hearing high school students, and college students. She also taught ASL part-time at Atlantic Cape Community College, Stockton University, and Gallaudet University.
T. Narciso’s professional interests include ASL pedagogy, second language acquisition, Deaf studies, and building collaborative and inclusive communities. Passionate about bridging Deaf and hearing worlds, she is committed to fostering stronger connections through language and culture. Building on this foundation, T. Narciso is preparing to pursue doctoral studies to further research in ASL education and Deaf studies.
